Sinotrans launch Shantou-Philippines Service 1 (SPS1)

Sinotrans has launch a new Shantou-Philippines Service 1 (SPS1) calling at Shantou, Hong Kong, Shekou, Manila (S), Shantou from 12 September 2024. The service turns in 7 days and deployed the 698 teu HAI SU 7 for an initial voyage on 12 September before it is replaced by the sistership HAI SU 6 from 19 September 2024. Sinotrans has taken both of these ships on charter from Antong, who is a fellow subsidiary of the China Merchants Group.

Sinotrans launch new North China-Philippines (NCP) service

Sinotrans has launched a new North China-Philippines (NCP) service calling at Xingang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Manila (North), Xingang from 22 August 2024. The NCP will turn in 3 weeks using 3 ships of 900-1,200 teu starting with the 1,200 teu KANG QI JIA HONG at Xingang on 22 August followed by the 1,032 teu DONG FANG FU and 907 teu SINOTRANS BEIJING

Sinotrans & SITC drop Busan call on China Haiphong (CHS/CJV5) service

Sinotrans and SITC have dropped the Busan call on their jointly operated China-Haiphong (CHS/CJV5) service that was introduced in April 2023 with the last call at Busan on 26 September. The CHS/CJV5 rotation has been shortened by 1 week and will turn in 2 weeks and call at Ningbo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Haiphong, Danang, Hong Kong, Ningbo with the 1,510 teu REN JIAN 6 from Sinotrans and the 1,808 teu SITC ZHEJIANG from SITC.

SeaLead, Sinotrans, SITC and TSL jointly launch new Far East-India Express (FIX/FIE1/CIE) service

SeaLead, Sinotrans, SITC and TS Lines are jointly launching a new Far East-India Express/China India Express (FIX/FIE1/CIE) service from 23 August 2023. The new service will call at Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Port Kelang, Shekou, Qingdao. Sinotrans Starts New East China-Korea service

Sinotrans is starting Taicang Incheon shuttles (TIS2) that will call Nantong, Taicang, Incheon, Pyeongtaek, Nantong on 7-day round trip. 629 teu XIN TAI PING will be phased in on 2 June at Nantong to start this service.

Sinotrans/SITC extend CHS/CJV5 to Busan

Sinotrans and SITC have extended their jointly operated China Haiphong Service (CHS/CJV5) with a northbound extension to Busan from 3 April 2023. The extended CHS/CJV5 service calls at Busan, Ningbo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Haiphong, Danang, Hong Kong, Ningbo, Shanghai, Busan on a 3 week rotation using the 1,510 teu REN JIAN 6 and 1,774 teu INFERRO from Sinotrans and the 1,808 teu SITC SHANDONG from SITC.
