Kalypso, part of the Italian Rif Line Group, will launch a new Italy Line service connecting Italy and Turky from 29 November 2022. The new service is expected to start from 25 Nov 2022 and will cover Salerno, Ravenna, Venice, Bari, Mersin, Salerno on fortnightly basis. ZIM has launched the Poti Turkiye Feeder (PTF) that connects Poti, Ambarli, Aliaga and Poti on fortnightly basis with 925 teu CONTSHIP JOY that is phased in at Poti on 1 Dec 2022.

Safeen Feeders has launched a new UAE-Red Sea feeder service connecting AD Ports' Khalifa Port and Fujairah with Jeddah and Port Sudan in the Red Sea. The service is an extension of Safeen's current Red Sea service using the 1,368 teu SAFEEN PRIDE The UAE-Red Sea feeder will call at Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Jeddah, Port Sudan, Abu DhabiSafeen Feeders also offers services on the UAE-China, Singapore-Chennai-Colombo, UAE Coastal/Oman and UAE-India-Gulf routes as part of AD Port Group's Maritime Clus

OOCL, SeaLead and TS Lines will launch a new India-UAE-East Africa service from 22 November 2022 aimed at the Kenya and Tanzania markets. The service will call weekly at Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Nhava Sheva, using 4 ships - the 2.174 teu FUTURE from OOCL; the 1,756 teu TS LAEM CHABANG from TS Lines; as well as the 1,200 teu SC MEMPHIS and 1,116 teu  CONTSHIP LEX operated by SeaLead. OOCL brands the service as the Asia-East Africa Service 5 (EAX5) while

Vasi Shipping has introduced a new Southeast Asia feeder service that will cover Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Belawan, Penang, Singapore. The service turns in 2 weeks starting from 24 October 2022 with the 1,730 teu VASI STAR and followed on 4 November 2022 with the 1,723 teu GREEN HOPE.

Zhonggu Logistics is launching a new China Malaysia Indonesia (CMI) service connecting China-Malaysia-Indonesia from November. The CMI will call at Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Port Klang, Jakarta, Surabaya, Qingdao starting from 12 November 2022 with the 2,518 teu ZHONG GU ZHU HAI and followed a week later by the sistership ZHONG GU LIN YI. The service will turn in 4 weeks, with 2 more ships to join at a later stage.

SeaLead will continue to serve the China-US West Coast market by taking slots on Transfar's sailings between Ningbo and Long Beach from November 2022. SeaLead has ceased to call at the US West Coast since 15 October when the 3,534 teu SONIC made its last call at Long Beach. Under the new agreement signed on 3 November 2022, Transfar will sell up to 83 teu on a space used basis to SeaLead on its AES1 service that currently calls at Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Long Beach, Lazaro Cardenas, Manzan

MSC is launching Dolphin Service that calls Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Tanjung Pelepas, Singapore, Jakarta, Surabaya, Tanjung Pelepas, Singapore, Laem Chabang, Cai Mep, Shanghai. So far two vessel, 3,108 teu MSC LILOU and 2,741 teu MSC CAPE III, have been deployed to this service with MSC CAPE III to phase in at Shanghai on Nov 5. MSC LILOU will phase in on Nov 28 at Shanghai after coming out of drydock.

SITC is launching China Bengal Express 2 (CBX2) that calls Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chittagong, Penang, Port Klang, Qingdao on weekly basis with 5 ships: 1,808 teu SITC KEELUNG, 1,808 teu SITC SHANGHAI, 1,808 teu SITC HANSHIN, 1,808 teu SITC KANTO and 1,781 teu SITC JIADE. SITC JIADE will start the service on Nov 9 at Qingdao.

Italia Maritima and Arkas are launching a revised East Med-Black Sea service called Greece Turkey West Black Sea Service (GTW) / Aegean-Bulgaria Express (ABX) that will call Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Piraeus, Haydarpasa, Constantza, Varna, Ambarli, Gebze, Piraeus. 1,445 teu ROZA A and 1,164 teu UNI-ASSURE, both until recently have been active in the East Med routes, will be deployed to this service. ROZA A will phase in on Nov 5 at Piraeus and UNI-ASSURE will be phased in on Nov 13 also at Piraeus.
