FESCO has launched a new FESCO Egypt Direct Line (FEDL) service from 13 December 2023 connecting Novorossiysk, Alexandria, Novorossiysk with the 1,118 teu FESCO ASKOLD. Maersk has launched a new Tunis Cagliari feeder service using roro ships connecting Cagliari, Tunis (Rades), Cagliari. The service was launched on 11 November 2023 with the 11,630 dwt roro cargo ship WEDELLSBORG that was previously operated by Italian carrier Grupo Grendi on the domestic Cagliari-Carrara Marine Cagliari line service. The WEDELLSBORG is able to carry up to 773 teu of containers. The new feeder service calls at the Tunis-Rades Terminal and the Grendi Trasporti Marittimi Terminal
Admiral Container Lines (ACOL) has launched a new intra-Med Adriatic Express (AEX) service from 2 November 2023 connecting Haifa, Ashdod, Alexandria, Istanbul, Mersin, Koper, Venice, Haifa using the 801 teu ADMIRAL MARS and 868 teu MOVEON on a 14 day rotation.

Akkon Lines have launched a new Turkey Israel Service (TIS) connecting Iskenderun, Ashdod, Haifa, Iskenderunn from 4 August 2023 with the 803 teu JSP RIDER. The service will turn in 11-12 days and complement's Akkon's existing Israel Service (IS) that connects Ambarli, Gebze, Gemlik, Aliaga, Ashdod, Haifa, Ambarli on a weekly basis using the 1,118 teu KAPPA and VENTO.
ONE will replace its current Israel Shuttle Service (ILX) with a new Adriatic Israel Butterfly (AIB) loop from August 2023. The existing ILX called at Damietta, Haifa, Ashdod, Damietta using the 1,118 teu MITO that will be transferred to the new AIB from 13 August 2023. The AIB will call at Damietta, Koper, Trieste, Venice, Ancona, Piraeus, Alexandra, Damietta, Haifa, Ashdod, Damietta. It will turn in 3 weeks using 3 ships of 1,000-1,200 teu.
Medkon Lines has launched a new Russia Express Service (RES) calling at Mersin, Aliaga, Ambarli, Novorossiysk, Alexandria, Mersin from 23 June 2023 with the newly acquired 1,135 teu MEDKON LIA. A second ship, the 1,134 teu MEDKON PERLA is expected to join the service. The ship is newly acquired by Medkon and is cyrrently positioning from China to the Med.
Medkon Lines have upgraded its new Bulgaria-Romania (BRO) Shuttle service that connects Ambarli, Gebze, Varna, Constanta, Ambarli with larger tonnage introduced in July 2023. The BRO service was introduced in 24 May 2023 with the 353 teu MEDKON KRM, which has been replaced on 13 July 2023 by the 652 teu MEDKON GEMLIK to provide higher capacity to serve the Bulgaria and Romania markets.
Medkon Lines have upgraded its Turkey-Spain-Tunisia-Italy (TST) service with the addition of a second ship in a partnership with Admiral Container Lines.
