ONE and Admiral Container Lines launch Adriatic Service 1 (AD1) / Adriatic Eastmed 02 (AEX02)

ONE and Admiral Container Lines have launched a new Adriatic Service 1 (AD1) / Adriatic Eastmed 02 (AEX02) connecting Damietta, Koper, Venice, Ashdod, Damietta from 19 April 2025. The service replaces ONE's former AIB/AD1 service calls at Piraeus and Dekheila dropped. ONE had originally announced the addition of a call at Thessaloniki from April 2025 but this has been dropped as well. The new AD1/AEX02 turns in 14 days using the 1,084 teu SVENDBORG and 990 teu ADMIRAL MOON.

Evergreen/Unifeeder launches Caribbean Sea Regional Service-North (CAN)/Greater Antilles Service

Evergreen and Unifeeder have jointly launched a new Caribbean Sea Regional Service-North (CAN) / Greater Antilles Service connecting Colon, Caucedo, Rio Haina, San Juan, Colon from 9 April 2025. The CAN/Greater Antilles service turns in 14 days and deploys the 3,534 teu SEASPAN FUZHOU from Evergreen and 2,015 teu MED STAR from Unifeeder to provide a dedicated feeder connection between Panama, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

ONE adds River Plate Express (RPX)

ONE will launch a new River Plate Express (RPX) service connecting Rio Grande, Zarate, La Plata, Rio Grande from 8 May 2025 using the 1,155 teu SPIRIT OF DUBAI. The service turns in 7 days and will link the Argentinian ports of Zeate and La Plata with Rio Grande to connect to ONE's FE-ECSA services.

BTL, Evergreen, RCL & Wan Hai launch new Vietnam-Thailand-East Coast India service

Bengal Tiger Line, Evergreen, Regional Container Line and Wan Hai Line will team up to launch a new Vietnam-Thailand-East Coast India service calling at Ho Chi Minh City, Laem Chabang, Singapore, Port Klang Northport, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Port Klang, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City. The service will turn in 4 weeks using 4 ships of 2,400 to 2,800 teu starting with the 2,646 teu WAN HAI 317 at Ho Chi Minh City on 20 April 2025, followed by the 2,742 teu WHUTTHI BHUM, 2,870 teu EVER BRAVE and 2,46

China United Lines will add a new Jeddah-Port Sudan (JPS) service from 11 April 2025. The JPS will turn weekly with the 599 teu ZHONG LIAN SHAN TOU that is currently positioning from China to the Red Sea.

COSCO and X-Press Feeders launch new Chancay Express / Chile X-Press (CHX)

COSCO and X-Press Feeders have launched a new Chancay Express / Chile X-Press (CHX) service connecting Chancay, Callao, Lirquen, San Antonio, Chancay from 27 February 2025. The CHX will turn in 14 days using 2 ships, starting with the 1,686 teu A. IDEFIX from X-Press Feeders at Chancay on 27 February followed by the 2,586 teu LAKONIA from COSCO on 6 March. The service will provide transhipment connections at COSCO's new West Coast South America hub of Chancay to Peru and Chile.

Amu Shipping adds Kenya-Somalia feeder

Amu Shipping has launched a new feeder service connecting Mogadishu, Mombasa, Kismayo, Mogadishu from 13 January 2025 using the newly acquired geared 1,083 teu AMU JAMEEL (ex BOSTON TRADER build 2002) that has just completed its positioning trip from China carrying cargo from Qingdao, Ningbo and Nansha to Kenya and Somalia.

X-Press Feeders have launched a new Thailand Singapore X-Press (TSX) service calling at Singapore, Laem Chabang, Singapore from 6 August 2024. The TSX service turns in 1 week and deploys the 1,809 teu GREEN EARTH on a weekly frequency.

CMA CGM launch Helsingborg Express (HLX) feeder

CMA CGM will launch a new Helsingborg Express (HLX) service connecting Antwerp, Tilbury, Helsingborg, Antwerp. The HLX service will turn in 7 days and will deploy the 508 teu RAGNA from 14 August 2024. Port rotation of the new Helsingborg Express (HLX) feeder service

COSCO relaunch Piraeus Rijeka Express (PRS)

COSCO has relaunched the Piraeus Rijeka Express service (PRS) calling at Piraeus, Rijeka, Durres, Piraeus with the 1,924 teu DELPHIS GDANSK from 27 July 2024. The service will turn in around 10 days on an irregular rolling schedule due to the current congestion at Piraeus. COSCO first launched the PRS in July 2019 as a direct Piraeus-Rijeka feeder but the service was discontinued in 2020.
