COSCO's intra-European feeder operator Diamond Line has launched a new Piraeus-Algiers-El Dekheila (PAE) service in cooperation with Tarros from 28 June 2024 The PAE calls at Piraeus, Algiers, Alexandria, Piraeus, turning in 14 days using 2 ships of 900 teu, with each partner operating 1 ship each. The service was launched on 28 June 2024 from Alexandria with the 925 teu CONTSHIP IVY from COSCO and was followed by the 990 teu BF TROUT from Tarros on 5 July 2024.
Diamond Line, COSCO's subsidiary, is launching Gdynia Baltic Express (GBX) where two vessels will be deploy to cover Kotka, Helsinki, Gdansk, Gdynia, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Klaipeda, Kotka on 14 days round trip. 1,425 teu OOCL RAUMA and 1,638 teu BALTIC SHEARWATER has been phased in at Kotka on 12 Jun and 18 June respectively.
COSCO's intra-European subsidiary Diamond Line will extend its current Piraeus-Naples Express (PNX) service into a new butterfly service centred around Piraeus that will include calls at the Ligurian Sea ports of La Speia and Vado in addition to Naples on one leg, and a separate leg connecting Piraeus to the Marmara Sea ports of Izmir, Gemlik and Derince (Safi). The extended PNX service will start from 2 June 2023 with the existing 1,560 teu TAICHUNG with two more ships, the 1,698 teu A. OBELIX
COSCO's intra-European feeder arm, Diamond Line, has revised its Turkey Black Sea Express 1 (TBX1) serrvice with a new call at Batumi in Georgia while the previous call at Poti is dropped. The revised TBX1 connects Piraeus, Ambarli, Batumi, Constantza, Varna, Piraeus, starting from 19 October 2022 with the 1,296 teu AS FATIMA that will be operated together with the 1,267 teu CONTSHIP JET on a 14 day rotation.
