COSCO and OOCL will launch a new peak season transpacific service to the Pacific Southwest calling at Kaohsiung, Xiamen, Yantian, Long Beach, Kaohsiung branded as the SEA3 and PSX respectively. The SEA3/PSX will start from 23 June 2024 at Yantian with the 8,533 teu XIN FEI ZHOU. The service will turn in 6 weeks and will deploy 6 ships of 8,000 to 10,000 teu operated exclusively by COSCO and OOCL.
COSCO and OOCL will launch a PNW peak season transpacific service branded as the China-Pacific Northwest Coast/Vancouver (CPV) service calling at Ningbo, Shanghai, Vancouver, Seattle, Lianyungang, Ningbo starting from 12 June 2024. COSCO has reached an agreement with ONE to purchase slots on the West India North America Express (WIN) service from 16 May 2024. COSCO will market the service as the India East Coast Express 2 (IPE2) and joins HMM as slot buyer on the new service that it markets as the India America Express (IAX), with each carrier taking 500 teu and 1,700 teu respectively per week, including 5o and 170 reefer slots each.
